Firstly, we need to navigate to your dashboard and click on the big "+" button. This will take you to the department creation page.

Once you are on the department creation page, you will be asked to enter a valid discord server ID. You must be the owner of the server to create a department. If you are not the owner, you will not be able to create a department. We do this to ensure that the department is created by the right person.

After you have entered a valid discord server ID, we will fetch the server information, including the server channels, roles and members. You must have the FiveDepartments Bot in your server, otherwise we will not be able to fetch the server information.

Once we have fetched the server information, select the discord roles that you want to migrate over to the department. You can select as many roles as you want, but you must select at least one role. Sort the roles in the order that you want them to appear in roster and more in the department.

Before you start the migration, make sure that you have the correct roles selected and that you have the correct server ID entered. Once you are ready, click the "Start migration" button and we will start the migration process. Once's the migration is complete, you will be redirected to the department page.
